How do I create an account?

Welcome to Pluxia! We’re excited to have you join our community of creators. Here’s a simple guide to get your account set up so you can start creating and sharing right away:

  1. Download the app. For mobile users, find Pluxia on the App Store or Google Play. If you’re using a desktop, visit our website to get started.
  2. Launch Pluxia on your device. You’ll see a welcome screen that invites you to sign up and join our creative community.
  3. Sign Up. Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button on the main screen. You’ll be asked to enter your details. Fill in your email address and create a password.
  4. Agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy. Read through the terms of service and privacy policy. If you agree with them, tick the box to agree.
  5. Verify Your Email Address. Once you fill out the sign-up form, we’ll send a verification link to your email. Open your email and click the link to activate your account. Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder or let us know to resend it.
  6. Set Up Your Profile. After verifying your email, log in to your account.
  7. Explore Pluxia. You’re all set! Now it’s time to explore. Dive into our features, check out other users’ work, or jump straight into creating your first project.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Uh-oh, forgot your password? Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us! Here’s how you can quickly reset your password and get back to creating:

  1. Go to the Login Page. Open Pluxia on your device. Click on the ‘Login’ button to get to the login page.
  2. Click on ‘Forgot Password’. Right below the password field, you’ll see a ‘Forgot Password’ link. Click on it to start the password recovery process.
  3. Enter Your Email Address. You’ll be asked to enter the email address associated with your account. Make sure you use the same email you signed up with.
  4. Check Your Email. After you enter your email, we’ll send you a password reset link. Go to your inbox and look for an email from Pluxia. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
  5. Click the Reset Link. Open the email and click on the provided link. This will take you to a secure page where you can create a new password.
  6. Create a New Password. On the reset page, enter a new password. Make sure it’s something secure but memorable. Confirm your new password and submit.
  7. Log Back In. Once you reset your password, go back to the login page and sign in with your new credentials. You’re back in action!

How do I setup notifications?

To enable notifications in the Pluxia app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and tap on your profile icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  2. Go to Settings → Notifications.
  3. Choose the notifications you want to receive, such as comments, revenue share payouts, or events.

Make sure that notifications for the Pluxia app are enabled on your mobile device.

How do I change my E-Mail adress?

Navigate to your profile → settings → account. Click on your E-Mail address and click on “change”. You need to confirm the change in both the old and new E-Mail address. If you have no longer access to your E-Mail address, contact us with the topic “E-Mail Address Change” and include the following:

  • Pluxia User name / ID
  • Full name
  • Birth Date
  • Currently registered E-Mail address
  • If you have a subscription, a proof of payment is necessary
  • Include screenshots from your past sessions, recordings or posts on your social media
  • Include your friends list
  • Include data about your comments on other fables including timing and content
  • If you have neither the payment proof nor other proof, we reserve the right to ask further questions or block the request

Make sure to write from your new E-Mail address. Otherwise, all transfer requests are denied.

Include a proof of payment as PDF when your account has a subscription.

How do I change my E-Mail adress?

To update your billing information in the Pluxia app, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile and go to Settings → Billing.
  2. You’ll see your current payment method and billing address.
  3. Click on the three dots and select “Change”.
  4. Now you can enter a new billing address and update your payment method.

How do I change my User Name?

If you need to change your username in the Pluxia app, you’ll have to email us because the app doesn’t allow you to switch usernames manually. Here’s what to do:

  1. Send an email from your registered address with the subject “Name Change Request”.
  2. Include your current Pluxia username and your new desired username.

Make sure to use the email address registered with your account; otherwise, we won’t be able to process your request. Please note that it might take up to a week for us to handle your request, and it won’t be prioritized.

How do I reset my password?

On your login screen, simply press “forgot password” and check your E-Mail address.

How do I delete my account?

Navigate to profile → settings → account and scroll to the bottom. Here, you will see a button “Delete account”.

When deleting an account with an subscription, the subscription will be automatically canceled at the next possible date, e.g. at the end of the month.

  • Deleting an account is permanent.
  • All published Fables and Templates will still be available to the community if you have not deleted them beforehand.
  • You will not earn revenue share anymore when deleting your account.
