What is the difference between Pluxia basic and Pluxia pro?

Pluxia has two subscription options for you to choose from:

  • A subscription enables you to use Pluxia in a more free and personalized way.

As you know, API calls to LLMs and other AI services are still expensive and as we stay on the edge of technology, we implement the bes features on the market. Therefore to keep your entertainment needs satisfied, a subscription is recommended. With a subscription, you can play and create fables more freely and frequently without having to earn Plumes first and not having to worry whether the chosen Fable is “the one you have been saving up for”. Also, keep in mind that we enable revenue share, meaning you can earn parts or even your whole subscription OR MORE when publishing awesome templates or played fables for others to watch.

What is the advantage of a subscription?

As a subscription member, you have various advantages, including many plumes to spend on playing Fables or creating Templates, publishing Fables and Templates for making them available to the public and enabling revenue share easily. You also gain access to dedicated Discord channels, you also gain badges and invitations to selected challenges and events.

What payment methods are available?

Can I play with friends that are using the free account?

Yes! Playing fables together requires high LLM, text-to-speech and text-to-image capabilities that are expensive. Free accounts can watch Fable playthroughs and earn Plumes by inviting friends to join! With the earned Plumes, it is possible for free accounts to join a multiplayer fable.

How can I cancel or change my subscription?

To manage or cancel your subscription in the Pluxia app, simply click on your profile at the bottom of the screen, select “Subscription,” and then click on “Manage Subscription.” From there, you can easily cancel or change your subscription with just a few clicks.

Can I use my subscription on all devices?

Yes, you can use your subscription on both PC and mobile devices. Just keep in mind that you can’t be logged in on both at the same time. If we notice any unusual activity, like quick logins from different locations, we might log you out or take other security measures to keep your account safe.

Can I transfer my subscription?

Currently, there is no manual way for you to transfer a subscription. Please write us an E-Mail with the topic “Transfer Subscription” and include the following:

  • Pluxia User name / ID
  • Full name
  • Transfer target (E-Mail address and Pluxia User Name / ID)
  • Optional: Reason for transfer (this will prioritize your request)
  • Optional: proof of payment (this will prioritize your request)

Make sure to write from your registered E-Mail address. Otherwise, all transfer requests are denied.

When including your proof of payment, your transfer request will be prioritized and easier to address.

How can I submit an eligible Refund Request?

Please write us an E-Mail from your registered address with the topic “Refund request” and include the following:

  • User name / ID inside Pluxia App
  • Full name
  • Refund target (e.g. pro subscription for March)
  • Reason for refund (the reason must be eligible and be in line our Terms of Service)
  • Optional: proof of payment

Make sure to write from your registered E-Mail address. Otherwise, all refund requests are denied.

When including your proof of payment, your refund request will be prioritized and easier to adress.
