I have bad Internet - Does Chat mode help?

Yes, you can! Switching to chat mode helps a lot because it turns off text-to-speech and text-to-image features. This means you won’t need to download as much data. Most of Pluxia’s processing happens on our servers, so you should still be able to enjoy the app even with a weak internet connection in chat mode. If you’re still having trouble, try improving your download resources on your phone or PC.

I have a problem logging in

If you forgot your password or need to change your E-Mail address, check out the FAQ page. If you still cannot login, check the following:

  • Discord or X page of Pluxia AI, as the service can be down due to maintenance or other reasons.
  • Check your internet connection quality.
  • If you still cannot login, write us an E-Mail with the topic “Login problem!” and we will prioritize your request. Make sure to write with your registered E-Mail address.

What to do if the app is not working properly?
